Massage Therapy for Knee Pain
Rheumatoid, Gout, knee injury and aging knees will cause Knee flexion and extension is not flexible, Sitting pain, rigid knee pain.Massage therapy-Knee Pain because of knee pain, so you walk on the wrong posture, then it increased burden to waist. It will cause water on the knee or deformation of bone when it is serious.
Step 1. Xue Hai point
On the medial thigh, with the knee in flexion, 2 finger’s breadth superior to the superomedial angle of the patella, on vastus medialis muscle. Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

Amenorrhea – Dysmenorrhea – Eczema – Menses Irregular – Skin Disorders – Thigh Medial Pain – Urinary Dysfunction – Urticaria – Uterine Bleeding Abnormal
Step 2. Du Bi point
At the knee region, in the depression below the lateral side of the patella when the knee is flexed slightly. Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

Step 3. Yin Ling Quan point
On the medial leg, on the inferior border of the medial condyle of the tibia, in the depression between the posterior border of the tibia and gastrocnemius muscle. Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

Step 4. Zu San Li point
On the leg, one finger breadth lateral to the tibia’s anterior crest, 3 finger’s breadth inferior to knee. Massage the point for 1-3 minutes.

Step 5. Wei Zhong Point
At the midpoint of the popliteal fossa. Midpoint of the transverse crease of the popliteal fossa, between the tendons of biceps femoris and semitendinosis.
Massage the point by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

On the posterior leg,along the middle line,8 finger’s breadth above the calcaneal.
Massage the point by thumb for 1-3 minutes.
